the staff was friendly i got extra towels when i asked. i also received a jug of milk upon request i found that GREAT. i returned the jug and the staff left a new carton and extra condiments for me. it was excellent customer service indeed

the room was cold i think it needed some improvements. the headboard was a kitchen worktop WITH a shelf i banged my head on it once or twice. that wasn't ideal

The shower was quite poor. I had to use another shower down the corridor. The room and the entire hotel need updates. The blinds also did not work properly.

The owner was very kind. The room with a view WAS a lovely bonus. It had plenty of space for my family. Everyone enjoyed their time here.

The mattress cover had a stain and also the mattress. The bedding smelled of stale sweat!

The room reeked of stale sweat. That was just disgusting! the shower was also filthy and the blinds were broken. everything felt sticky, i even bought dettol spray and wipes.
